Fully Automatic Poultry Manure Removal System
The poultry manure removal system adopts crawler manure cleaning method. The crawler-type manure removal installation method is to install a layer of vertical manure removal crawler under each layer of chicken cages, and each chicken house is equipped with a horizontal and oblique manure removal crawler. The longitudinal crawler conveys the manure to the horizontal crawler at one end of the house, and then to the oblique crawler outside the house, to a vehicle or other device. The manure cleaning power and control system of the crawler is at the rear of the chicken house, which is easy to operate and maintain.
Automatic manure removal system can greatly improve the air quality in the chicken house, relatively reduce the occurrence of diseases, and has high safety. It is currently a more advanced way of manure removal.
Design Highlights of Fully Automatic Poultry Manure Removal System
Machine head
It uses an automatic crawler to remove manure, which is simple, efficient, and clean. The feces are naturally air-dried on the manure cleaning belt, and the dried manure is small in size, which is convenient for transportation and saves transportation costs.
Manure belt and supporting rod
The manure belt support rod made of galvanized material has slightly higher ends to form a downward arc. Therefore, chicken manure or other liquids will not overflow from both sides of the manure belt, ensuring the cleanliness of the house and lower cages.
Horizontal and oblique manure cleaner
The chicken manure is conveyed to the horizontal manure cleaning machine by the vertical manure cleaning belts of each layer and then sent to the transport vehicle by the oblique manure cleaning machine. The whole process of manure cleaning keeps chicken manure from falling to the ground, thereby effectively reducing environmental pollution and improving the utilization rate of manure resources.
